Who We Are
Over my 31 year career, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work with top professional athletes in world class clubs such as Doral Country Club & Williams Island. I believe in living my life to serve others through education. And when it comes to wellness, I believe in teaching people that life is about learning to find meaningful purpose and happiness starting with you and your health Physically, Mentally and Emotionally.
I studied Exercise Physiology at Ball State University in Indiana then went on to study neuromuscular therapy. I’ve amassed over 30 specialized certifications including , LMT, NESTA Holistic Fitness Practitioner, NAFC Wellness Coach, ISSA & Yoga Alliance Educator, teaching both Trainers and Yogis the skills to become top-notch professionals. I take a unique approach to personal training, combining Cardio Fitness - Strength Training - Yoga - Meditation- Sports Specific & Mental Skills training. A few years ago I published a book compiling much of my education titled "A Lifestyle Worth Living" and in my spare time, I am blessed to pursue my other passion as a musician!

After studying nursing and spending several years in the medical field, I decided to switch my focus from medicine to preventative health. I found that so many of the patients I cared for were suffering from preventable diseases and felt my purpose would be better served helping people prevent chronic disease by incorporating aspects of cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, strength training and yoga rather than trying to help them after disease had already set-in. So, in 2011 I dove into getting certified in every aspect of health and fitness as possible.
Now, I am a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT, an NAFC Wellness Coach, and hold multiple nutrition and group fitness certifications. I also studied NLP and hypnotism to improve my skills as a meditation coach. Today, I continue learning & growing in my industry so I can provide quality, science-backed, methods of training to my clients and class participants. I specialize in nutrition, mindful strength training, flexibility and balance training.
